Phase IDuring the initial contact, ideas are discussed back and forth so that both of us will be on the same page and have the same vision for the project. This initial discussion will also assist Ixist in getting a feel of the project ahead. No definite prices will be assessed at this time, only estimations.

Phase IIAfter the first contact and after the team has had a chance to go over the time estimated and the full scope of the project, we will contact you to go over the complete details and ask any additional questions about the project before it is a firm commitment. Our quote will be given to you as well, and if everything is agreed upon, we will then send you a agreement via email, again going over all the details and requirements of both parties during the project. This ensures that both parties will retain their integrity.

Phase IIIBefore the project begins, 50% of the quote is required upfront along with at least 50% of the content as well. We will send you another brief questionnaire asking you about the colors and feel of the site that you want from it and for your customers to have. During this phase you will also receive 2-3 .jpg layouts giving you a feel of what it will look like, and so you can pick from what you feel best suits your vision. If everything is approved, then will move to the next step and put the site together to get it ready for the web. If it's not, you will get up to 3 revisions of one of the layouts chosen, just to make sure it's exactly what you want.

Phase IVOnce we start putting the site together, the remaining content (images, text, etc...) will be required so that we can complete your project in the amount of time estimated for you. A link will be provided as well so you can check on the progress of the site to offer any additional input or suggestions. Please bear in mind, that if you'd like to add something else after we have started, then that will affect the final quote that was given to you and also possibly the time to finish as well. Examples being shopping carts, chat rooms, forums, extra photos or anything else not included in the original agreement.

Phase VWhen we have completed your site, we definitely want you to go over it again even though you've been checking on it during the building phase, so you can be positive that everything is up to par for you. If it is not, then we'll most assuredly adjust it for you. If it is, then the remaining 50% of the quote will be required before the site goes live, and at that time all files used to create the site will be handed over to you.

*For special needs of a CMS, (content management system) that will be further discussed in detail for maintenance done by yourself or someone you have setup to do updating for you.
