Phase IDuring the initial contact, ideas are discussed back and forth so that both of us will be on the same page and have the same vision for the project. This initial discussion will also assist Ixist in getting a feel of the project ahead. No definite prices will be assessed at this time, only estimations.


Phase IIAfter the first contact and after the team has had a chance to go over the time estimated and the full scope of the project, we will contact you to go over the complete details and ask any additional questions about the project before it is a firm commitment. Our quote will be given to you as well, and if everything is agreed upon, we will then send you an agreement via email, again going over all the details and requirements of both parties during the project. This ensures that both parties will retain their integrity.


Phase IIIBefore the project begins, 50% of the quote is required upfront along with at least 50% of the content as well. We will send you another brief questionnaire asking you about the colors and feel of the designs that you want from it and for your customers to have. During this phase you will also receive 3 concepts in .jpg format giving you a feel of what it will look like, and so you can pick from what you feel best suits your vision. If everything is approved, then will move to the next step and finalize the design of your choice and get the file ready for print and web. If it is not, you will get up to 3 revisions of one of the designs chosen, just to make sure it is exactly what you want.


Phase IVAfter any necessary revisions have been made, then we will present the final design to you again to make sure it is what you want. Once that is done, the remaining 50% of the quote will be required before release of the final files that will be ready for print and web.
